Vacuum Conveyor

The Vacuum Conveyor is designed to hold light parts thru elevation change, vertical or even upside down applications.

Construction: Aluminum extrusion 40mm x 40mm with integrated vacuum chamber
Vac. Chamber: Custom designed 16 ga. laser cut and sealed
Drive Pulley: Vulcanized to 50mm diameter for added drive with sealed bearings
Idler Pulley: 50mm diameter with sealed bearings
Drive Shaft: 1/2" dia. x 21mm long or 5/8" dia. x 40mm long
Widths: available in (10) standard widths: (120mm) 4.7" - (640mm) 25.2"
Lengths: Up to (6096mm) 20'
Load Capacity: Varies upon vacuum source
Conveyor type: End Drive or Center Drive
Belt type: Custom designed Perforated Flat Belt per application
